The Cooperative Learning is a student-centered approach and peer interaction. Students construct their knowledge actively seeking information, negotiating solutions, dividing the work, sharing ideas, meeting needs, creating a positive social climate that respects diversity, self-assess the objectives, monitoring their own group dynamics, etc..
is the perfect complement to task-based approach because it creates an authentic context for communication and gives structure to the spontaneous interactions between students in the classroom.
A partnership enhances performance in the learning process and facilitates the integration of students creating a positive climate in the classroom.
Some features of this type of learning are:
